This policy explains how SREE LAKSHMI GAYATRI HOSPITALS PRIVATE LIMITED ("SLG Hospitals", "we") handles the personal information you share through slghospitals.com. It covers this website only. Your medical records at the hospital are kept under the hospital's own clinical records procedures.
What we collect
- When you book an appointment: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of care or doctor you choose, your preferred date and any note you add.
- When you share a review: your name, rating, review, department (optional) and email address (optional). Your email address is never published.
- When you apply for a job: your name, phone number, email address, experience, message and résumé.
- How you reached us: the page you arrived on, the website or advert that sent you, and the campaign tags in the link. We keep these with an appointment so we know which pages and adverts help patients find us.
- How the website is used: pages visited and buttons pressed, recorded against a random session number, not your name.
Please do not send diagnoses, test results or other medical details through the website. Our team will talk to you about your health directly.
How we use it
- To book your appointment and call you about it.
- To read, reply to and, with your agreement, publish your review.
- To consider job applications and contact applicants.
- To understand which pages and adverts help patients reach us, and to improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to measure visits and the results of our adverts, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. Clarity hides what you type into our forms. These services use cookies or similar technology in your browser.
When you book an appointment, your email address and phone number may be sent to Google Ads in an encrypted (hashed) form, so that Google can tell us whether one of our adverts led to the booking.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
Who can see it
Your details are stored on our website's servers, hosted by Hostinger, and can be seen only by authorised hospital staff, such as the appointments and call-centre teams, through a password-protected system. We share information only with the service providers named on this page, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment, review and job application details for as long as we need them for the reason you gave them and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct or update it,
- delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave, for example to take down a review you shared.
