- Find ways to beat stress and lower your blood pressure. Relax with deep breathing, yoga or meditation.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water or a hand sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol for at least 20 seconds, avoid large crowds or gatherings, wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet between yourself and others when you’re outside, stay at home as much as possible, avoid touching your face, and get plenty of sleep which helps support your immune system. Importantly, get vaccinated with the recommended dose.
